The aim of the program is to create a global network of future leaders committed to improving the lives of others.
Scholars are selected on the following criteria:
- Outstanding intellectual ability
- Reasons for choice of course
- Leadership potential

Applications for 2023-24 entry are open and there are two major deadlines (early December 2022 or early January 2023) which are determined by the course being applied for.
